Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for subscriptions to the Warshah software, provided by Dev Lakes. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. You do not need a reason to cancel.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are a new customer and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your first payment. This applies to your initial subscription only.
3. After the guarantee period
After the 14-day window, fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. For annual plans, we do not provide automatic pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of the term; if you believe your circumstances warrant an exception, contact us and we will consider your request in good faith.
4. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd) — our Merchant of Record — back to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your provider and bank.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, including your account name and the payment you would like refunded. We aim to respond promptly.
6. Exceptions
We may decline refunds where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of this policy, or a serious breach of our Terms & Conditions.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory or consumer rights you may have under the laws of Jordan that cannot be excluded.
