Billing questions
- How am I billed?
- Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles payment and any applicable taxes at checkout.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You can cancel whenever you like; your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. See the link below for the full details.
- What payment methods can I use?
- Major credit and debit cards, plus the other payment methods Paddle supports at checkout.
